Hytale Set For Eventual Xbox Release As Game Racks Up Millions Of Players On Day One
Hytale Set For Eventual Xbox Release As Game Racks Up Millions Of Players On Day OneDeveloped by the team behind the Minecraft 'Hypixel' server. Over 10 years ago, the team behind the popular Minecraft multiplayer server known as " Hypixel " decided to embark on creating their own Minecraft-style game called Hytale , but after multiple years of delays, the game was officially cancelled in June 2025. Then, miraculously, the game's original co-founder purchased the IP from Riot Games, re-hired a bunch of developers, and planned Hytale's early access launch for January 13th of 2026. That launch obviously happened yesterday, and it seems to have been a ridiculous success — it's been suggested that Hytale had a concurrent player count of almost 3 million at one point, and it was also the most-watched game on Twitch (for a period), with 420,000 people tuning into streams of it. NieR: Automata 2B Chokonose Figure Returns in February
NieR: Automata 2B Chokonose Figure Returns in February Sega and Square Enix announced that the NieR: Automata Chokonose figure of 2B will appear as a prize in Japanese arcades again starting on February 6, 2026. This is an item based on her appearance in the anime adaptation . This is the first time she’s been back since her July 2024 debut. As that one eventually appeared on Amazon , we should see the rerelease worldwide as well. This 2B figure is in a seated position, so someone could display it on the edge of a shelf or use it in the same way they would a noodle stopper style piece. It sits at about 3 inches tall (7cm) due to that pose. She’s wearing her usual dress from the series. Her arms are crossed over her chest, and her legs are crossed. She doesn’t come with any additional face plates or posing parts. As a reminder, here’s how this 2B figure looks: Images via Sega and Square Enix All three main characters from the series appeared in as Sega Chokonose figures before. 9S followed 2B originally, showing up a month after her in August 2024. Then A2 appeared in September 2024. This means we might possibly see rereleases of those other two in 2026 if Sega follows the same pattern. The NieR: Automata Chokonose 2B figure will return to arcades in Japan on February 6, 2026, and we should see it worldwide on storefronts after. The game is available for the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and the anime based on it is streaming on  Crunchyroll .  The post NieR: Automata 2B Chokonose Figure Returns in February appeared first on Siliconera .

My Hero Academia: All’s Justice Preview – Where The Arena Fighters Will GoSince the early 2000s, developers realized they could create low-barrier anime fighters aimed at both anime fans and fighting game players, which led to the rise of arena fighters.
