Monster Hunter Wilds TGS 2024 Demo Will Return in Okazaki Capcom has announced that it will bring physical demo builds of Monster Hunter Wilds to Okazaki City in Japan's Aichi Prefecture. People residing in the city will get another chance to play the highly-anticipated game in late November 2024, ahead of its global release in February 2025. This demo build will be more identical to the one that appeared at the Tokyo Game Show 2024 in September than the open beta test client available digitally worldwide in late October 2024. It will feature a single-player hunting quest against Doshaguma . Players will be able to take on the quest while riding a Seikret and switching between two available weapons. However, this demo will be completely offline, as using the SOS Flare will only spawn CPU-controlled NPC hunters. People who have finished playing this demo will receive a sticker featuring Monster Hunter Wilds ' key visual as memorabilia while supplies last. The Monster Hunter Wilds physical demo build will be available at Plaza Capcom in Aeon Mall Okazaki on November 23-24, 2024. The facility will be open from 12 PM until 6 PM JST. All 47 Dynasty Warriors Origins Returning Characters Shown Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have revealed the full character roster for Dynasty Warriors Origins . The new game will feature half of the 94-character roster that was available in the 2018 entry Dynasty Warriors 9 . Tomohiko Sho announced via the series' official X account that a total of 47 "Musou Officers" (unique combatant characters) will appear in Origins . While there are 16 returning characters—including 9 playable companions —shown on the game's official website, the producer opted to reveal the remaining 31 combatants via the X account. The characters appeared on a daily basis, starting with an older version of Gan Ning on October 10, 2024. The reveals concluded with a younger version of Zhuge Liang on November 9, 2024. In addition, while some of the characters shown during the Tokyo Game Show 2024 in September had different Japanese voice actors , most of those revealed on X retain their original voice actors. Ling Tong in particular will have posthumous voiceover work by Taiki Matsuno , who had completed providing all necessary voiced lines before his death in late June 2024. Meanwhile, Hirohiko Kakegawa will not reprise his roles in the new entry, as Zhang Fei and Taishi Ci are being newly voiced by Kohei Fukuhara and Joichiro Ohtsuki, respectively. Shin Megami Tensei Board Game Kickstarter Launchs Next Week The Shin Megami Tensei board game Kickstarter campaign will start on November 13, 2024. The crowdfunding campaign for the board game has a goal of 30 million yen (roughly $197,000), and there is no announced end date for the campaign yet. [Thanks, PR Times !] The first 1,000 people to pledge on the Shin Megami Tensei board game crowdfunding campaign will get the chance to do so with an "early bird" discount of 20% for some of the reward categories available. The game will include 72 demon figures and will be available in both English and Japanese. Manufacturer Icrea revealed that each match can have between 2 to 4 players and can last around 180 to 240 minutes. The crowdfunding campaign for the Shin Megami Tensei board game was originally announced in August 1, 2024 with a start date for September 11. Metaphor: ReFantazio Hero, Gallica, Hulkenberg Plushes Announced Atlus and Sega announced that Metaphor: ReFantazio mini plushes of the protagonist, Gallica, and Hulkenberg will appear as prizes in arcades. The plushes will be available from April 2025 at various amusement centers throughout Japan as well as online crane games. The plushies will only be available as prizes in Japan, and those wanting to get their hands on them will not be able to purchase them. Atlus announced that the first set of plushies will only include the protagonist, Gallica, and Hulkenberg, which might hint to a second set featuring other Metaphor: ReFantazio characters appearing in the future.
