One of the biggest games in the world, Fortnite continues to expand as LEGO Fortnite adds the social role-playing experience LEGO Fortnite Brick Life. Evoking the popular Grand Theft Auto V roleplay servers, Brick Life invites players to make their own stories inside of an “ever-evolving city,” according to Epic Games. Players will be able to exist inside of a metropolis capable of supporting up to 32 players total, where they’ll be able to choose from a number of different jobs.
The initial announcement page lists seven different job options: courier, academy professor, security officer, scoundrel, sushi chef, boba milk tea barista, and fortune teller. Players will be able to switch jobs at will, so those who are indecisive or want to try out multiple occupations won’t have any issues. After earning enough money, players will also be able to pick from empty lots in the city to build their own home, which can be anything from a classic house to high-rise penthouses. They’ll also be able to customize their place through the Furniture Shop or Furniture Catalogue.
Brick Life takes just one more step towards Fortnite being a full-on console for most players, where they can try out multiple modes without ever having to play any other games. LEGO Fortnite Brick Life launches December 12th.
