“Your entire behavior is so dated”: Fortnite Content Creator Claims Adrian Dittman Is Elon Musk’s Secret Identity

The internet has been on fire recently regarding Adrian Dittman, a popular content creator on X (formerly Twitter) with over 200,000 followers. Theories suggest Dittmann might be the secret alter ego of none other than Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla and SpaceX.

A recent Fortnite stream hosted by Twitch streamer ConnorEatsPants recently reignited this conversation. During the stream, Connor mockingly pointed out similarities in their behavior and humor. While Dittmann has denied the allegations the question remains. Could one of the world’s most influential figures really be moonlighting as a Fortnite-playing internet persona?

Adrian Dittmann’s rise to fame has largely been driven by the eerie similarity of his voice to the billionaire tech mogul. Fans have been quick to draw parallels between their speech patterns and sense of humor which has led to the idea that Dittmann might be Musk’s anonymous account. There have been a lot of theories in the last year and Dittmann has repeatedly denied the claims.

The latest surge in speculation came during a Fortnite Fridays stream with ConnorEatsPants. The Twitch streamer, known for his playful commentary, teased Dittmann about his outdated meme references and humor, calling it a dead giveaway. Considering the kind of antics that Elon is usually up to, it’s believable.

Your entire behavior is so dated. It’s appalling. You say like, ‘Kek Maximus.’ The way you refer to memes, bro, you don’t even realize that’s selling you out. It’s so obvious. It’s embarrassing, man.

Adding to the mystery, screenshots allegedly posted by Dittmann on 4chan displayed X admin interface options unavailable to regular users. While some fans argue this suggests a connection to Musk, a source at X (via The Verge) dismissed the screenshots as fake, noting that employees typically see the same interface as regular users.

Honestly, would anyone be surprised if it was Elon Musk?

Dittmann has repeatedly denied being Elon Musk, even sharing clips of himself hosting X Space sessions while Musk was streaming Diablo on a separate account. The two have also interacted publicly, including a lighthearted X Spaces chat in February 2024, where Musk joked about their vocal similarities.

Elon Musk is no stranger to using alternate accounts for unexpected purposes. From roleplaying as his child to test X posts to engaging in obscure debates, the billionaire’s online antics are well-documented. This history has only strengthened the belief that Musk could be operating as Dittmann.

Dittmann’s behavior has also drawn comparisons to Musk’s public persona. From engaging in political debates to championing free speech on X, Dittmann mirrors many of Musk’s interests. During the Fortnite Fridays stream, Dittmann even referenced dealing with “political stuff personally,” a comment that many interpreted as a subtle slip.

What’s clear, however, is that the mystery has captivated online audiences. As one Reddit user aptly summarized, “This is a fever dream right? The arguably most powerful person in the world is pretending to be some random guy and playing Fortnite with ConnorEatsPants?”
