Remedy Seemingly Teasing Control 2 In Alan Wake 2’s The Lake House DLC

Remedy Entertainment appears to be laying down teasers for its next project, Control 2, in Alan Wake 2‘s latest slice of DLC, The Lake House. Naturally, we’re going to dive into spoiler territory here, so if you haven’t yet finished or played the Lake House, then don’t read on.

During the events of The Lake House you will brush shoulders with a mysterious individual who seems to have a connection to The Oldest House, which s the setting for Control. This character also mentions Control’s protagonist, Jesse in a dialogue sequence.

This is followed by a short scene that seemingly depicts The Oldest House and the streets of New York City, which many are taking as a teaser for Control 2, which of course we know Remedy is working on.

Remedy commented back in August that its team is working ‘full steam ahead‘ on Control 2, although it would be a while before it is able to provide any updates on the game.
