Genshin Impact continues to be a highly popular and successful game in the months removed from its third anniversary and the launch of the major Version 4.0 update, which introduced the Fontaine region. Earlier this month, players reached the conclusion of the main Fontaine story line in Version 4.2, and multiple updates are expected to be released before Version 5.0 opens the next region of Genshin Impact. The next update is Version 4.3, which includes new playable characters and more limited-time events in Fontaine. In order to claim these Primogems, Genshin Impact players must reach Adventure Rank 7 or higher in the game, since the in-game mail feature is unlocked after sufficient in-game progression. Those who are already caught up with the story and have Genshin Impact Version 4.2 installed may claim these Primogems by simply opening the in-game mail and pressing the "Claim" or "Claim All" button. Each in-game mail will expire after 30 days, so HoYoverse encourages players to claim the rewards before their respective deadlines.
