A New Fortnite Godzilla Transformation Mythic Could Be Arriving This Friday

Based on the leak from a reliable leaker, HYPERX, a Godzilla transformation mythic will be arriving at Fortnite this Friday for players to wreak havoc on the island.

HYPERX, a known and reliable leaker from Twitter, has posted a leak about Fortnite launching a Godzilla transformation mythic this Friday. With the transformation, the players will have a chance to transform into a giant Godzilla with the abilities being Beam, Stomp, Roar, and many more to be revealed soon. Not to mention, there is a possible chance a KONG mythic could be arriving as the leaker mentioned there was a “Throw Banana” ability.

As a way to kick-start the Godzilla X Kong collaboration with Fortnite, the Japanese kaiju, Godzilla, will be arriving on January 17th in a special battle pass. With the legendary nuclear beast inside the game, fans are awaiting the chance of King Kong from Skull Island to arrive, and based on the leak, a Kong Mythic to add some spice to the game and create an interesting matchup against the giant versions of Godzilla and King Kong.

Alongside the leak about the Godzilla transformation mythic, HYPERX has also shared another leak about the Mechagodzilla arriving at the game, with the shop description reading “B.E.A.S.T. Glove Emote utilizes different sounds when equipped with Mechagodzilla or Godzilla”. For the fans of the Japanese kaiju, this may be a dream come true as they will get to roam around Fortnite with a Godzilla skin and cause havoc while emoting. Quite an interesting season for the game.

Sticking to the topic of Fortnite collaboration with a beloved IP, the Hatsune Miku skin is available now in the item shop and a variant skin is available as part of the Fortnite Festival season 7 pass.

Fortnite is available to download on PC via Epic Game Store, Xbox One/Series X|S, and PS4/5 with the Godzilla skins and transformation mythic arriving on January 17th, 2025.
