These days, people spend hours and hours playing the game, trying to improve their aim through various routines and drills.

Some people do these things, neglecting important parts of their daily lives, even personal time and professional careers. Many fans prefer to sit at the game on weekends instead of hanging out with friends or families.

Sitting all day long on the gaming chair hustling on Valorant will only do any good if you are aiming to develop your career in the eSports arena. Yeah, it’s true that it takes hours and hours of practice to ace your aim to the top if you want to join any eSports team of this game.

Now, here comes the main point. If nothing like this is circling in your mind, but you are still spending around 6+ hours of your day playing Valorant, then you have serious issues of addiction. Actually, the game is built in a certain way that your mind doesn’t let it go easily.

If you win a match, you start another one in the excitement of winning the previous match. If you have lost a match, you would still start another match because of ego. Video games are actually a way of destressing yourself after a tiring day at work or school. But it is never a path to disappear from your real life. And people have to understand it very well.
