A recent Genshin Impact leak suggests a new Adepti will be introduced in version 4.4 in 2024. Genshin Impact players will get to explore new sections that will supposedly fill in several gaps in the northwest of Liyue. In version 4.4, not only the game's map will get bigger, but also a couple of gacha banners will be available on the current banner for a limited time. One such banner is Cloud Retainer, a five-star Catalyst wielder who will serve as a support.
Recently, a couple of Genshin Impact leaks shed some light on the Liyue map expansion, revealing that it will become even larger with two new areas, including Chenyu Vale, that will allegedly host interesting NPCs. Alongside version 4.4, there will also be another explorable section Travelers will find in the middle of Stormterror's Laiir and Qingce Village. Based on leaks, they will not only feature NPCs and enemies but also have several Statues of the Seven, to which players can teleport to travel over Liyue.
The latest Genshin Impact leak from FouL hints at a new Adepti being added to the game in version 4.4 next year. It looks like Chenyu Vale will introduce players to an NPC named Fujin, who resides inside a Teapot Realm. She is described as a minor deity, which leads many fans to believe that Fujin is an Adepti found within Genshin Impact's Liyue region. Moreover, the leak shows her in-game model, revealing that she wears an orange dress decorated with green charms.
Fellow Genshin Impact players on Reddit are excited about Fujin, with some claiming she may be playable in the future. Given the fact that Cloud Retainer, who will arrive in version 4.4, is also an Adepti, the leak on Fujin will probably turn out to be true.
Genshin Impact's Adepti are a group of magical beings dedicated to protecting the Liyue region from enemies. Yanfei, Ganyu, and Madame Ping are among these mythological creatures that can take on humanoid forms. They not only purge evil throughout Liyue but also guide people to build civilization.
In addition to an Adepti and explorable areas, Genshin Impact version 4.4 will expand the enemy roster for the Spiral Abyss to give players a real combat challenge. Luckily, there will also be new Curios that grant them useful buffs. If leaks and rumors about 4.4 are to be believed, Genshin Impact players will have plenty to look forward to in the upcoming version.
