Amidst the ongoing UEFA EURO 2024 and CONMEBOL Copa America 2024 events, EA introduces the Icon Chronicles event in FC Mobile along with the Sunshine Ballers event! Dive into the stories of football icons. Relive their extraordinary journeys, from their first touch to their crowning glories.

Icon Chronicles is not an event, that’s the first thing you need to consider. It’s not an actual event but a campaign and we are stuck with it. It’s not going away and by the looks of it, more players will be added to the event with time. Step into the boots of legends of the game like Steven Gerrard, Xabi Alonso, and Fernando Torres. Relive key moments of their careers, follow their path to glory, and recruit these iconic players to your team!

FC Mobile 24 Icon Chronicles Event Description

Event Duration:  July 18th – July 17th (365 Days)

FC Mobile 24 Icon Chronicles Event Flow

Main

As discussed previously, Icon Chronicles is base content. It’s more like a campaign similar to Zidane Icon Journey and Heroes, with the base content arriving and you can play at your own pace. It’s gonna last forever given its ending in a whopping 365 days but unlike events, even if you start it on a much later date, you will still be able to get all the rewards!

As it has been in recent times, the Main tab of any event in FC Mobile is not a functional one. The Main Tab just redirects to the tabs of the individual Icons themselves. Besides, you will come here each day and play a series of two Skill Games and Matches Daily to earn Universal Tokens every day. Each day you will log in and come to the Main Tab to play a set of Skill Games and Matches to receive Universal Tokens.

There are Stamina Points on offer from the Daily Gift and Ads available. You will receive your Stamina Points as a Daily Reward from the Icon Chronicles Pack besides watching a daily ad every day. Remember you will need to finish off your existing daily Stamina Points first before going for the Daily Reward the next day. Unless you have already finished your current stack of Stamina Points, you can’t claim the gift ie stack more Stamina Points.

From the Main Tab, we can understand that in the future, more six Icons will be released besides Steven Gerrard, who is already unlocked at the moment. EA has already announced in their live stream, that among the forthcoming icons, Xabi Alonso and Fernando Torres will be included. There are quests available in a Guide Book format as well, that you can complete, as you continue playing the game.

Icon-Specific Tabs

Next, there are the Icon-Specific Tabs with one tab dedicated to each of the icons. The Tab is named after the Icons and will be unlocked over the next few weeks with only Steven Gerrard being unlocked currently in the first week. You can unlock the next Icon tab by completing certain chapters of the previous Icon. The Icon-Specific Tabs are as follows:

• Steven Gerrard
• Xabi Alonso
• Fernando Torres
• Frank Lampard

You will play through a series of Matches to Universal Tokens in each tab using your hard-earned Stamina Points. These tabs are further divided into chapters where you must complete a set of matches going back in time and playing through the player’s career for his national team and club. You can unlock the next chapter of a particular Icon only after completing the previous chapter.

Each of the Chapters in the Icons has 4-5 nodes of Matches that you need to play with your Stamina Points involving various highlights from the player’s career in exchange for Universal Tokens. Remember, since you need Stamina Points to play these matches, you just can’t go and complete all the matches as you did with Zidane’s Icon Journey campaign in the past.

You will need to wait until stuff unlocks, collect the Stamina, and then complete the matches. It’s not much different from events in this aspect, besides the point that Icon Chronicles does not come with an expiry date and you can still get all the rewards, even if you start late. Also, we can expect more Icons to be released in the future as a part of this event soon!

Stamina Points

• Earn them by watching Ads and from the Daily Icon Chronicle Pack
• Use them in playing Skill Games and PvE Matches in the Icon-Specific chapters

Universal Tokens

• Earn them by playing Skill Games and PvE Matches in the Icon Chronicles event
• Trade them for event currencies from other events or towards Division Rivals exchanges

FC Mobile 24 Icon Chronicles Tips and Tricks

Icon Chronicles has a fair amount of grind, with daily skill games and matches to play in FC Mobile 24. So here are our additional tips and tricks to help you get the best from the event. It took us a while to get these answers and calculate everything so let’s explain it here.

First things first, Icon Chronicles is base content that is going to stay at least until the season ends. The only thing that makes this an event and differs from a campaign is that there’s event energy or daily stamina involved here. You can’t complete it early and have to wait until stuff unlocks, watch ads to progress into the event. It’s an event with just that even if you are starting with FC Mobile later in the season, you can still come along and get all the rewards.

Icon-Specific Tabs

Before heading out, here are some of the bonus tips and tricks to ease your way into completing the Icon Specific Tabs

• Most of the matches in these chapters can be completed by Autoplaying the Matches. Therefore utilise the Autoplay feature to its fullest and save your time
• Remember there are no squad-building restrictions this time, therefore use your main team to complete the matches without having a second thought.
• Open Xabi Alonso‘s chapter, the 2nd Icon as soon as possible. Once you unlock the 2nd Icon, you will get more Stamina Points from the Daily Reward. The Stamina Points increase further, when you unlock the chapter for the 4th Icon Frank Lampard.

• The Right Wing is the most important position in all formations and chapters. Have a proper fast right-winger who can also dribble well.
• The best way to win quickly is to play a couple of passes around the right baseline and dribble the last defender so RW can finesse. It’s either a goal, corner, or rebound for the striker.
• Again, not every goal is going to come from your right wing. You have other tools in your box, don’t be afraid to use them.

Remember you are playing against the AI not another human so the gameplay becomes predictable gradually. So don’t be afraid to forfeit if you give up a goal at some point, ever! Ultimately, it comes down to commitment to tactics and staying focused rather than being good at this game. Some of these matches seem impossible at times until they aren’t, eventually, things are going to line up, you’ll succeed and you’ll never have to play this match again.
