Unlike most armor sets, the armor pieces included in the Classic Armor Set have different names. There are also two transmogs in the game labeled as Pants and Heavy Boots. The Classic Armor Set includes the second iteration of both.
After looting the different armor pieces of the Classic Set from defeated enemies or opened chests, you can take them to a Blacksmith and unlock the transmog via Salvaging. Once salvaged, the armor set transmog will be shared by all of your account's characters.
Note: Salvaging an item for a transmog skin destroys the item. Weigh your options carefully especially if the equipment you plan to salvage has Legendary Aspects you want to keep for later.
You can wear Tunic Set and other character cosmetics by visiting the Wardrobe at any major city and equipping each piece in their respective tabs. Each item piece can also be further modified by applying pigment to change the color of your item sets.
