Fiend Roses were removed from the game from earlier Seasonal updates, and was replaced by Angelbreath as the general crafting material for Elixirs. Although Fiend Rose resource nodes still exist in the game world, interacting with them now drop Angelbreath instead.

Fiend Roses used to be a rare material for crafting Potions, Elixirs, and Incense.
