These materials are currently not available on the Live server and can only be obtained by participating in Legion Events, Helltide, Whispers, and Nightmare Dungeons or by completing The Pit, which can be accessed in the PTR Server of Diablo 4.
You can use the Ore, Skins, and Salvage you've collected to upgrade your weapons and armor at the Blacksmith. We highly recommend only enhancing your Rare and Legendary equipment as upgrading is costly in both Gold and Upgrade Materials.
All Blacksmith Features
You can use the Plants and Monster Parts you've collected to craft upgraded Health Potions and various Elixirs at the Alchemist. Upgrade your Health Potions frequently when hitting level milestones to improve your survivability, and don't hesitate to craft Elixirs if you need stat or Experience Gain boosts!
