(Amulet) WT3+ |

 The Grandfather

 Ahavarion Spear of Lycander

There are a total of 8 Mythic Uniques and each of these can be obtained by completing content in Torment I and above. You can also craft them at the Alchemist using Resplendent Sparks that can drop from Uber Bosses.
How to Get Mythic Uniques
Obtained from Duriel and Andariel
The most reliable way to farm Mythic Uniques at this point is to farm Duriel and Andariel. They are Uber Bosses that you can summon in World Tier 4.
Obtained from Tormented Bosses
Tormented Bosses are harder versions of Boss Ladders and Uber Bosses which require Stygian Stones to summon. These Tormented Bosses have a chance to drop Mythic Uniques.
The official drop rates from Blizzard's 1.5.0 patch notes revealed that Tormented Bosses have 5 chances to drop a mythic at 1.5% chance each. In total, a 7.5% chance to drop a Mythic Unique. Aside from this, there will also be chances that Tormented Bosses may even drop multiple Mythic Uniques in a single fight!
How to Summon Tormented Bosses
Do High Level Content With High Unique Drop Chance
Activities that have a high chance of dropping Uniques will also increase your chances of obtaining Mythic Uniques. Make sure to take on content like Nightmare Dungeons, Whisper Caches, Helltide, and World Bosses to get a chance on obtaining these Unique items!
Gamble from The Purveyor of Curiosity
If you are feeling lucky, you can also take your chances at the Purveyor of Curiosity and spend your Murmuring Obols for purchasing gear. Keep in mind that the rarity of gear you can get will range from Magic to Mythic Unique items, so it would take quite a bit of luck to get your hands on the rarest gears.
What Are Mythic Uniques?
The Rarest Unique Equipment
Mythic Uniques, are the rarest unique equipment in the game and can be obtained by fighting Duriel, Andariel, and any of the Tormented Bosses.
As of the current season, there are 8 of these extremely rare unique items. They have an incredibly low drop rate, but will always drop at 925 Item Power.
Uber Uniques are Now Called Mythic Uniques
Mythic Uniques, the rarest Unique items in the whole game, used to be called Uber Uniques. Previously, it was difficult to tell apart regular and Uber uniques but as of Patch 1.5.0, they are labeled as Mythic Unique items and glow a bright purple color.
