How to Unlock Wayward
The Wayward quest begins after a cutscene that follows you defeating Vhenard in the preceding quest The Cost of Knowledge.

You'll find Neyrelle in the Mistral Woods area, north of Yelesna, in the Gale Valley. Neyrelle is in the Darkened Holt Dungeon, to the right of the Three-Faced Statue.
Approach the dungeon to complete the quest and begin Shroud of the Horadrim.
