Unlocks from “Talk to the Bartender at Viewport” Activity
Distilling Confidence can be unlocked by following the Talk to the Bartender at Viewport Activity. You can unlock this prompt after talking to the guard near the entrance of New Atlantis.
You must then talk to Nyssa Marcano, the bartender at Viewport, who will give you the Distilling Confidence quest afterwards.
Constellation Companions Will Dislike It if You Accept the Quest
Morally good companions such as Sarah Morgan will dislike it if you accept the quest while you have her set as an active companion.
It would be best to remove your companion before accepting the quest, and then asking them to follow you again once you finish the quest.

1. Access Secure Storage
After speaking with Nyssa, head to the Secure Storage at the spaceport in New Atlantis.
To get inside, you need to either Persuade the guard, or Hack the door controls using a Digipick.

2. Retrieve Nyssa's Package
Once inside the storage, head towards the container, and retrieve the Package for Nyssa. You can also take the other items inside the container, and it will not count as stealing.
3. Speak to Nyssa Marcano
Return to the bar, and give Nyssa the package to finish the quest and receive your reward.
