Palworld: How To Ride Pals

Palworld has a deep well of features players will need to familiarize themselves with. The game has lots of guns and gun-based combat to explore. That's in addition to seeking out many different Pals to aid players in these battles. There is also base building, base management, and establishing a self-sustaining system for all of your pals working at your base.

However, players will need to leave this base in order to explore far and wide through the game world. This is much more efficient when done on the back of one of your captured Pals utilizing a saddle.

How To Get Upgrades

Reviving Pals in Palworld

You’ll be coming across plenty of different Pals in the game, each of which will aid the player in different ways. A lot of them will be used for combat and can utilize special upgrades that are unlocked in the Technology tab in your menu — located between the Party and Paldeck tabs. In this Technology tab, you will find all manner of upgrades for your base, your weapons, and your Pals. Once you select an upgrade, you will see all the materials you will need to unlock it..

How To Mount & Ride A Pal

Not everything is about better guns and using powerful elemental attacks that opponents are weak to. One type of upgrade you will find in the Technology tab will come in the form of different Pal saddles. These saddles will let you ride on different kinds of Pals, provided you have caught that specific Pal. The Melpaca Saddle will let you ride on your Melpaca, while the Rushoar Saddle will let you ride your Rushoar. You can craft Saddles at the Pal Gear Workbench once you have all the materials you need. If you want a Melpaca to mount, you may want to check out Sea Breeze Archipelago Reef — and some of the other best locations to start your journey.

How To Get A Flying Pal Mount

To get a flying mount, the process is identical to that of a land mount. You just need to get a flying Pal that you can make a saddle for — such as Nitewing. Making your way through the Technology tab will be the best way to discover all the different Pals you can mount in order to explore the game's vast open world.
