Give Thiollier's Concoction to the Dragon Priestess

Ancient Dragon Florissax spirit ashes can be obtained from the Dragon Communion Priestess Questline. You'll also have to advance Thiollier's Questline up until you get his concoction.
Before fighing Bayle, head back to the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion and exhaust the dialogue with the Priestess. Afterwhich, pass time until nightfall and give her Thiollier's Concoction. Pass time again until she wakes up and talk to her. You can now defeat Bayle and come back to talk to her to obtain her spirit ashes.
Dragon Communion Priestess Questline Guide
Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC
Obtaining this Spirit Ash requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.
Afterwards, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
