Mohgwyn Palace is located in west Mohgwyn Palace. There are two ways to enter Mohgwyn Palace:
After obtaining the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left) and Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right), hoist the secret medallion on the Grand Lift of Rold to reach a mini dungeon that leads to the Consecrated Snowfield.
From there, head north to the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace, then west to an area with large rock spikes. North of this area is a portal that leads straight to Mohgwyn Palace.

You can farm runes at the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace by making a giant crow fall off a cliff. From the Site of Grace, look to your west across the chasm to find a giant crow patrolling the area. Shoot it with an arrow to get its attention and it will try to approach you, making it fall off the cliff and die.
Rest on the Site of Grace to respawn the giant crow and repeat.
The interior of the mausoleum is nearly pitch black so we recommend bringing a Lantern so you can explore the area and grab the items inside.
Be sure to mix a Purified Crystal Tear to your Flask of Wondrous Physick before fighting Mohg. Before he transitions to his second phase, he will perform his rite of blood that will cause blood loss three times. Drinking the flask with a Purified Crystal Tear will negate the rite's three instances of damage, making the fight significantly easier.
How to Get Flask of Wondrous Physick: Effects and Locations
After defeating Mohg, you can restore his Great Rune to the same tower where you restored Morgott's, the Divine Tower of East Altus, located east of the Royal Capital.
Follow the bridge east of the capital until you reach the lift that takes you to the Forbidden Lands, but instead of riding the lift down, turn right and make your way to the end of the path until you reach the Divine Tower.
