Maelstrom Description
Obssessed with Cybertechnology
Maelstrom’s territory is the industrial part of Watson. Its factories, the Totentanz Club – you’ll meet them there. They are obsessed with cybertechnology, and their urge to improve the weakness of human flesh is far stronger than their fear of cyberpsychosis.
Most of the members of the gang have changed their bodies so much using cybertechnology that some of them look more robotic than human.
Brutal
They are also quite brutal, having been mentioned as one of the gangs with the highest kill count. V recalls that the gang once killed a young child in front of him for laughs.

The Pickup
The Maelstroms appear in the The Pickup quest where V and Jackie negotiate with the gang for an attack bot.
