Infinity Ward has finally fixed the issue regarding the weapon tuning bug in the game. Attachment Tuning is now available and accessible through the Gunsmith from the loadout menu.

Bug Caused by Having 5 Tuned Attachments
Attachment Tuning bug is caused by having 5 weapon attachments equipped to your weapon. It was mentioned on Infinity Ward's Twitter post on October 29, 2022 at 1:22 PM PST.
