Nessie is a trophy/achievement in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) that requires you to progress through Wetwork's mission objectives and reach the barge without being spotted by enemies. Read on to learn how to easily get this achievement!

Reach Barge Without Been Seen in Wetwork
Wetwork is the third campaign mission in Modern Warfare 2, and takes place after the Kill or Capture mission.

| 1 |  Upon starting the mission, head straight forward and silently take down the enemy on the pier with a knife throw or melee knife hit. Then, pick up his P890 Handgun. |
| 2 |  Swim around the docks and clear out all enemies walking on the piers. Stay underwater to keep out of sight. |
| 3 | When speedboats appear, swim underwater to get behind them and take them out quickly. The achievement will pop up upon killing enemies on the second speedboat. |
Nessie Achievement Tips
Prioritize Using Throwing Knives
You'll want to use Throwing Knives as much as possible to kill enemies. These are instant kill no matter where it hits a target, making them more reliable than handguns.
Don't Stay Out of Water for Long
Staying underwater for majority of the mission will be the best strategy to completing this achievement. The water acts as perfect cover and you can just quickly pop in and out if you're running out of breath.
Headshot Enemies with Silenced Handgun
The silenced P890 Handgun you get from the first enemy will be all you need to get through this mission. Making perfect headshots will make no sound and alert no enemies, so long as they're not closeby your target.
You don't have to make perfect headshots all the time to get the Achievement. Just make sure to kill enemies quickly before they turn around to face you.
Approach Patrol Boats from Behind
While underwater, swim closer to the patrol boats from behind to avoid getting noticed. This will make it harder for them to notice you, even if your headshots miss.
Do This Achievement in Recruit Difficulty
If you are looking to accomplish this achievement with ease, it would be best to choose the Recruit difficulty. Enemies will be less aware of their surroundings and slower to react.
