Seasonal Prestige System Explained

New Seasonal Prestige System Details
Maintain a Prestige Rank across All Seasons
The key selling point of the revamped Seasonal Prestige system is that you can earn and maintain a Prestige Rank across all seasons. In other words, your Prestige Rank does not reset after each season.
Unlock Challenges and Rewards
Players will unlock Prestige 1 at Rank 56, and from there will be able to accept challenges to earn rewards. Additionally, players will earn an Emblem and additional rewards with Prestige 1.
Season 1 Goes Up to Prestige 5

At the end of Season 1, you will be able to continue ranking up from where you left off, meaning you won't have to unlock the same Prestige again in Season 2.
Seasonal Prestige Release Date
Seasonal Prestige Will Be Available from November 16, 2022
The first major update for Modern Warfare 2 drops on November 16, and with it comes the new Seasonal Prestige system. Players can complete more difficult objectives and earn more XP rewards with the different Prestige Level milestones.
