Delta Force is here, with lots of upcoming content on the line. The game is developed by Team Jade, which is a subsidiary development studio of Tencent. This is the same studio that is responsible for Call of Duty Mobile. So, the team knows how to make a great shooter title.
As of now, the game only focuses on multiplayer, but Team Jade has assured us that it will also bring a single-player campaign. However, a hugely popular game mode won’t be available in the game due to the overcongestion in the particular genre.
Battle Royale is a popular game mode around the world. Some games like Call of Duty have their own battle royale titles, for example, Warzone. On the other hand, some games are based on this particular game mode, like Fortnite. Despite having huge demand for this mode, Delta Force is not bothered to take entry in this genre anytime soon.
Delta Force game director here, Ask Me Anything!

In an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit on Tuesday, the game’s director, Shadow Guo, was asked about the imminent possibility of bringing a battle royale mode into the game. However, he didn’t take long to rule out the possibility. This is what he said:
The real reason for Guo’s withdrawal from the battle royal competition is the over-dominance of Fortnite and Warzone in the particular genre. These two titles even dipped the popularity of PUBG, which was regarded as the most popular title a few years ago.
Guo mentioned the game’s impending Black Hawk Down campaign mode in place of a Battle Royale. When asked about the inspiration behind the campaign’s theme and setting, Guo explained that they wanted to pay tribute to previous Delta Force games and that it differed from the multiplayer setting. It seems a great time awaits the fans of this title.
He also stated that the company is working hard to preserve and expand the Delta Force franchise. The upcoming campaign mode, which is set in the 90s, will be a love letter to the OG title, as per Guo. However, the company also wanted to give a different touch to the game, which is why the 2035 timeline was set in the multiplayer mode.
During previous testing phases, Delta Force offered a fun, realistic, varied, and fulfilling large-scale combat experience. As it enters this open beta phase, it has a lot to offer players, earning the moniker “the better version of Battlefield 2042” from many.
The majority of players will be launching into the 32 vs. 32 PvP “Warfare” mode, which is brimming with military power. Through a number of maps, users will be able to investigate both air and land vehicles and go hands-on with a large arsenal of weapons.
The game’s “Operations” section can be found elsewhere. Three players battle AI-controlled adversaries in this cooperative mode as they investigate creating objectives in various settings.
The single-player portion of the game, which tells a story based on the actual events of “Black Hawk Down,” will be made available on all platforms in January, according to Team Jade. That will be available soon after the game, which is made to be cross-platform, is made available on Google Play and the iOS Store, creating two new, enormous markets.
What do you think about the new game?
