Pickpocket Four Markets Storage Key from a Civilian

A breakable rock wall blocks your entrance to the building the Four Markets Gear Chest is in. To destroy the wall, you have to throw a nearby fire pot at it. However, the nearby fire pot is found inside a storage room that requires a key.
Pickpocket the NPC on the building's second floor
Head inside the building with the purple awning and go up to the second floor. Pickpocket the NPC standing next to an open window to get the Four Markets Storage Key.
Throw Fire Pot at the Breakable Wall

You can find a fire pot in the house on the street behind the building of the breakable wall. Just cross on over to that street, then open the above house's locked door with the Four Markets Storage Key. Pick up the fire pot inside and bring it back to the breakable wall.
After destroying the wall, you'll have to climb up to the second floor of the building to find the Four Markets Gear Chest.
