1. Find Nur's Contact
Speak to Roshan inside the Harbiyah Bureau to learn the whereabouts of Nur's contact.
Doing so should update the objective marker to reveal the general location of Nur's contact.
Once Basim arrives in the general location, use Enkidu to pinpoint the exact location of Nur's contact.
2. Meet Nur's Contact at The Dyeing Factory
Once the dyeing factory has been marked out, simply head to the location to reuinite with an old friend and progress the mission.
3. Discover Ali's Whereabouts
Following the map marker will lead Basim to an enemy outpost where he can acquire information regarding Ali's whereabouts.
Eavesdrop On The Guards
Using Enkidu will reveal the objective of eavesdropping on a pair of guards within the outpost.
Make your way into the outpost and hide inside the nearby haystack to eavesdrop on the guards.
Enter The Scribe's Quarters
Basim will learn about prisoner records from eavesdropping on the guards. Steal the key from the scribe and enter his quarters to obtain the prisoner records.
Acquiring the prisoner records will complete the mission and the case, progressing the storyline.
