All Characters in Genshin Impact
Pierro is the Director of the Fatui Harbingers. Little is known about this man, except that his pupils are similar to Kaeya's and Dainsleif's, who are both natives of Khaenri'ah.
Il Capitano, also known as The Captain, is ranked as the 1st Fatui Harbinger amongst the eleven members, as confirmed in the Natlan Act II quest. He is currently in Natlan, trying to get the Pyro Archon's Gnosis.
Dottore, the Doctor, is ranked as the 2nd Fatui Harbinger. He was one of the central characters in Nahida's Archon Quest, Chapter 3, and he was last seen around in Sumeru.
Columbina, also known as Damselette, is ranked as the 3rd Fatui Harbinger. Not much is known about her, except her appearance in the A Winter Night's Lazzo teaser.
She's a petite girl with a mask laden over her eyes and can be seen slumping over the coffin of La Signora.
Arlecchino is ranked as the 4th Fatui Harbinger, who is also known as The Knave and Crucabena. She also refers to herself as Father, as she is also the director of the House of the Hearth orphanage.
She is also known as Peruere, according to her Story Quest.
Pulcinella, the Rooster, is ranked as the 5th Fatui Harbinger. He was first shown in the Travail storyline teaser.
He has shown great interest to Tartaglia, whose prowess in battle enabled him to join the Fatui Harbingers. Pulcinella also seem to be genuinely affectionate to Tartaglia and his siblings.
Scaramouche, the Balladeer, is ranked as the 6th Fatui Harbinger. He was the one who captured the Electro Archon's Gnosis in Inazuma and became the final boss in Chapter 3 of the Archon Quest in Sumeru.
After his defeat, he later became known as The Wanderer and is currently located around in Sumeru.
Scaramouche: The Balladeer Lore
Sandrone, the Marionette, is ranked as the 7th Fatui Harbinger. She can be seen with a Ruin-like entity beside, who carries her on its right palm, in the A Winter Night's Lazzo teaser.
She also dislikes Tartaglia, as noted by Childe himself after receiving annoyed looks from her every time Sandrone sees him.
La Signora The Fair Lady is ranked as the 8th Fatui Harbinger. She is also known as the Crimson Witch of Flames, and worked undercover to claim the Anemo and Geo Gnosis during the events of the Archon Quest.
La Signora is also the first deceased member among the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.
La Signora: The Fair Lady Lore
Pantalone, the Regrator, is ranked as the 9th Fatui Harbinger and one who manages the ecnomony and busniess of Snezhnaya. Not much information is known about this man so far.
The 10th Fatui Harbinger is currently unknown. It is possible that the 10th Harbinger is currently unoccupied, and we're only waiting for someone to ascend on this rank.
Tartaglia, also known as Childe, is ranked as the 11th Fatui Harbinger and the youngest ever to become one. He is also the first playable Harbinger character in the game, who wields a Bow weapon and the Hydro element.
Tartaglia tried to obtain the Geo Gnosis in the Liyue Archon Quest, but failed to do so. He has since been friendly to the Traveler and Paimon, who even asked them to take care of his brother, Teucer, during his Story Quest.
The Fatui Harbingers are the primary antagonists of the game and are the highest ranking members who works under the command of the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa.
Each harbinger has their own reason for swearing fealty to the crown, but ultimately, all of them vows to seize the power of Celestia by obtaining all the Gnoses in Teyvat.
There are exactly eleven members of the Fatui Harbingers. This was confirmed by Tartaglia, the newest Harbinger, as being the 11th.
With La Signora's death and Scaramouche's new life, their numbers go down. It's still currently unknown whether or not the Harbingers have further plans of filling-up the empty positions.
