Obtain Pariah by reaching Step 2 in the Main Job: The Killing Moon quest. You need to choose specific dialogue choices during your encounter with Solomon Reed and Songbird:
- Choose Pick up Songbird
- Lay Songbird down and confront Solomon Reed next.
- Choose Can't let you take her.
- Finally, select Draw weapon and kill Reed.
