Larian previously said that the Baldur's Gate 3 patch 7, which was originally scheduled to start closed beta on July 23, will be delayed because the passive dice rolling function suddenly stopped working, which would prevent players from seeing the deadly traps through checks before triggering them.
Larian recently announced on Twitter that the closed beta version of Baldur's Gate 3 patch 7 has been launched on Steam, but the patch is currently only available to randomly invited players. Larian said: "If you are lucky enough to be randomly selected, please check your Steam library, you can now download and test it."
It is reported that the highlights of Patch 7 of Baldur's Gate 3 include updates to the split-screen mode, a new evil ending animation, a large number of bug fixes, and official module tools.
